Summary
Sieun thinks for a minute. The image of his bite marks peeking over Suho's shirt, his own personal watermark on Suho's body for everyone to see – to know – that someone had branded him so clearly. That anyone who even tries to make a move on his unfairly hot boyfriend will just look stupid. He nibbles at his bottom lip, already dizzy.
Or: Sieun finds out just how much he loves to mark Suho after their first time together.

“You feeling okay?" Suho asks quietly. "It’s really hot out.”
“Yes,” Sieun answers too quickly. Even though his stomach is twisting itself into knots. Even though the heat is making him dizzy enough that the edges of his vision keep threatening to blur.
But the truth is, Sieun was nervous long before the heat got to him.

Summary
Suho thought about In-yeong. The boy inches away seemed to call for it even in sleep. Hours ago, and countless times over the past few months, they'd touched each other and resonated like they’d met each other before. The faintest brush of skin felt like a memory, like they would meet again, and again. He knew he was young, that this could be a fit of devotion some would chalk up to being too naive to see reason. But Suho wasn't stupid.
He couldn’t bring himself to believe Sieun was anything but inevitable.
Maybe fate was real. Maybe no choice he’d made could change anything, after all. He felt it like some distant, unavoidable truth. Like Sieun, and maybe all the rest, had always been coming.
Or:
In another life, Sieun stops him. Maybe it's enough just to ask.
