Thanks to that clone of his, his wife knew where and what he was doing—acting on behalf of the village, doing his duty as a shinobi and possibly putting his life on the line. Yet she had no qualms about spreading her legs for his duplicate, going as far as letting him violate her body with his fingers. In their joint memories, Sasuke can see Sakura merely accepting his advances, almost hesitant to reciprocate his touch. Almost as if she knew what she was doing could be considered wrong.
For that reason alone, he'll make her punishment shorter.
