Summary
Shadow is an ex monster-hunter living out his retirement alone in the woods, quite content to ignore and be ignored. One day, a charismastic hedgehog by the name of Sonic happens to walk right into Shadow's life and decides to make himself comfortable. Shadow ends up finding enjoyment in Sonic's companionship, but as time goes on, he realizes the other hedgehog may be keeping a secret from him.
