He would become a strong warrior. He would build a new house for them. His little brother would be the scholar he always wanted him to be. Xiao Mei would get married to a good man.
He would swear his undying fealty to the Lin House, pay his respects to the Grand Princess and Marshal Lin every day like one would pay to their parents.
Life would be beautiful and happy and honest, for him, little brother and Xiao Mei after all. For they had found kindness, love and family in a hopeless place.

Summary
This five-part series is a Kakashi-centric time travel fix-it. It starts out pretty dark, but the real heart of the story is one of healing, and there are happy endings on the horizon. Specific warnings are included with each chapter.
Each story has its own arc and is complete in itself, but I recommend starting from the first story and reading through chronologically; the series is meant to be taken as a whole. Hope you enjoy!
