Rick comes over to your studio apartment after a long day to find serenity in your arms.
"You're so fucking beautiful" you whisper into his skin.
"Nahh." he says. "I'm a- a piece of shit."
You bring your head down and sink into the space between his neck and left shoulder, while your left elbow collides with the mattress on the right side of his head.
'Yeah" you pant softly, your mouth edging in closer to his ear. "But you're my piece of shit." and you slide your teeth up the ridge of his ear, feeling his breath hitch and his heart flutter.

“Golly,” he says, and you catch the wince that paralyzes his face for a split second at his silly wording. “Do you really think that after all this time, I’m not absolutely dying to touch you?”
His lips fit perfectly with yours. His beard rasps against your chin and his nose bumps your cheek, and his bangs (if you can call them that) tickle your forehead, but this is how you want it. His kisses are so darn tender, his lips so smooth. His hand lands warm on your thigh, and when you shift to urge his fingertips toward your hip, he breaks the kiss with a soft pop and his eyes flit back and forth between each of yours.
“Are you,” he asks almost in slow motion, “wearing any clothes under my sweater?”
Your lips bloom into a smile. You shake your head.

On the ground, just a few steps in front of you, was Grace, chest bare and heaving. His slightly tanned skin was tinted with red, beginning at his cheeks and running all the way down the curves of his body, the rest of his skin hidden behind the pants of his suit. You could see the sheen of sweat layering atop his skin from how it glistened in the light.
With each heave of his chest, his abs convulsed, almost as if the movement sent shockwaves across his body. His eyes were squeezed shut, mouth agape with each shuttered exhale, but the sudden piercing blue of his half-lidded eyes shook you out of your shock.
“Please,” he begged, peering up at you with tearful, pleading eyes. “I can’t…” he panted, “I can’t take it… much longer.”
