Summary
Remus Lupin has been infected since he was almost five years old, since then his parents had gone through every effort to keep his secret, Albus Dumbledore has convinced the Lupins that Remus would be safe at Hogwarts, even during his monthly changes.
In this chapter, Remus has first day jitters before he meets some very unlikely friends on their travels to Hogwarts, School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In fact, the pair would be his first friends and as they head for their sorting, they soon realise that their friendship is unusually strong, even for just meeting.

Was browsing on Tumblr and found this prompt:
"During a thunderstorm late at night. Person 1 and Person 2 are sleeping over together, and decided to go to bed to bed prior to the thunderstorm. Person 1 wakes up in the middle of the night to loud, crashing thunder, and tries to ignore it. They cannot go back to sleep due to the noise, no matter what they do. Suddenly, Person 1 hears “(P-person 1), can I sleep with you? I-I’m scared of thunder…” After a few seconds, Person 1 realizes it was Person 2’s voice, and, after laughing at them for a minute or two, lets them sleep in their bed. They cuddle until they fall asleep."I will be making it into my own, and likely won't be following the entire prompt, just the jest.

Summary
Sherlock has secrets that he wants to share with John, but he doesn't know how John will react, although he knows exactly how he wants him to react:
John traced a circle on the table top and then another interlinked with the first. “What the hell am I supposed to say to you?”
Sherlock could think of several responses, let’s shag, being the one that sprung immediately to mind. Only John didn’t look as if he was in the mood for that kind of remark, not even if Sherlock blunted it into a joke.
