No, that couldn't be right. For as long as Seishiro has known Reo, he's been a beta. An emotional, easily excited, and eccentric beta, but a beta nonetheless.
Unless Seishiro slept through a very informative health class or walked into a different reality when last exiting the doors of Blue Lock, Reo being in heat simply isn't possible.
Or, Nagi gets summoned back to Blue Lock after his lock off, but not for the reason he thinks.
