As if you really have to ask such a thing about a heavily burned, broken and stapled together being. Sure there is the point that his nose and ears and those perfect white teeth appear to be intact and his eyes are still operating although they should all be gone or damaged beyond repair like the rest. Still, there should be no doubt about Touya being insane.
Just a short introspection on a psychopath.
