As Yosuke watched Yu practically choke on rice, he concluded it was more likely that his boyfriend was an idiot who couldn’t stop pleasing people for a month and was jamming every hobby and friend he could into all available time slots while hauling ass through Adachi’s hell.
If he wasn’t talking Ebihara down from doing something stupid, it was helping little old ladies on the riverbank. He certainly hadn’t slowed down from his part-time jobs or from roaming the town at all hours of the night.
Inaba was small. People talked. People talked to Yosuke like he was Yu’s goddamn keeper. And by people, he meant Rise, who absorbed way too much gossip.

Chie laughed. “Yeah, I bet that’s it! No way Yosuke is good at kissing!” She made a fake disgusted face. “Bleh, I don’t even want to think about it!”
Yukiko let out a small giggle. “Oh, Chie, stop it…!”
“No, it’s not that…” Yu replied to Rise quietly. “We actually haven’t kissed yet.” He added, even quieter.

Summary
Yosuke thought that life after Yu wouldn’t be so hard.
It was the end of their story— there was a finished conclusion after wrapping up their investigative case. Life was supposed to be simple and content afterwards, they were in their happy ending stage after all… Characters were supposed to feel a sense of satisfaction when the main plot closed with accomplishment.
So why wasn’t Yosuke content?
[ Yosuke has to deal with the after-math of Yu's departure from Inaba and some things just can't be left all alone. ]

Yu can feel the sweat pooling on his forehead as soon as he hears this. “I suppose so.”

The Dojima residence began feeling like a second home to Yosuke.
With how often he occupied the family space, one could begin to consider that Yosuke was even part of it. Nanako seemed to think of him as a brother-type anyways, and with his undeniable bond with the nephew residing inside, it was undeniable that the residence was special to Yosuke in ways he never imagined. It was why entering the household was so easy– especially when there was a police detective with a scowl to freeze Hell over living there.
Besides, there was only one big reason he frequented the Dojima house as much as he did, anyways.
[ Yosuke’s visit turns into a surprise reveal about a new side to Yu that he discovers. ]

After Yukiko was rescued from the TV World she decided it was time for a change! She would become stronger and learn to stand on her own two feet. She would make some new friends so she wouldn't have to put so much pressure on her best friend. Still, she was glad Chie was by her side for this harrowing new adventure... even if she was acting a little differently after rescuing Yukiko...
This is a fic that explores little moments that sit in the margins of canon, particularly around Chie and Yukiko's relationship, and with a Chie who is a little more aware of herself and her feelings after saving Yukiko.

Herman blinked, nodding as Chad shuffled the photos—bringing up several, and displaying them as if they were cards, “When did you get these?” He taps at the selection of photos, and Herman begins, once again, to heat up like a tomato.
The selection of photos was a series of his old friends, who had taken pictures of Herman back then—getting piercings. One was on her eyebrow, which seemed to have been rejected—noting the scar on his eyebrow. There were about six more photos of Herman weeping, clutching onto whatever skin they came into contact with. He had one done on both his ears, both piercings gone and closed up due to him wanting places to work at—and another, right on his navel.
