Summary
The life of a demigod was harsh, no matter where you were. Death always seemed to follow those poor half-divines, no matter their pleas and cries, so a bunch of demigods decided on ignoring the rules that were forced upon them - taking fate in their own hands by building a Time Machine.
What they hadn't expected however was to crash the Argo III into the middle of some war... wait was that THE war? And even less expectant were the weird way with which they were being treated in ancient time - almost like they were desired beings...On the other hand there lay a universe devoid of demigods. Only one demigod was born ever, having faced the worst of the worst before ascending into a drunk, most of them were worried about. But now these strange children appeared? In a word where dreaming was dangerous, how could dreams suddenly wander the world? And why seem these given dreams to have live in a nightmare prior to their arrival? Had the god of dreams lost his mind?!
For people who are not reading: could you tell me why? I would like to work on the fic if possible and I noticed it had relatively low engagement unlike other fics in the category.

A roar resounds again, closer through the vortex, and Hermes darts between the children and it, eyes locked on the cyclops racing towards them. He feels something sink in his chest, seeing absolute confirmation that children are being hunted by monsters in the other world. Just as he braces himself to fight and protect the children behind him, the vortex closes right as the cyclops reaches it. The last thing they hear is an aggravated roar of a monster not being able to feast as it wanted to.
