Summary
Just when Jotaro thought DIO may have been defeated, the vampire began to laugh. A swarm of glowing lights descended upon the vampire's Stand, and as The World absorbed them, DIO rose from the ground with a fully healed body.
“Now…you two are all that is left to stand in my way.”
Too late, Jotaro realized that DIO's victory was not a matter of "if," only "when."
The vampire had decided that "when" was now.
