Summary
Leia has always been a daughter of Alderaan. But she's also the daughter of a once very strong jedi, loathe as she is to admit it. The ruins of the destroyed religion are just as much her blood history as they are Luke's. But what does she think about this? Especially considering the lengths the emperor went to erase all remnants of the jedi. She may not have access to relics or holocrons but she does have the temple on Coruscant, even if she doesn't realize it.

Tommy stares down into his coffee cup. He doesn’t have a problem with two guys kissing—obviously, he wouldn’t have agreed to this billet arrangement if he did—and he’s not surprised to see Shane and Ilya doing it—like everyone else with even a passing interest in hockey, he saw the FanMail—but, well, he’s maybe a little surprised to see that what they were doing in the FanMail was, apparently, just a casual kiss for them. Judging by this, anyway.
When Shane and Ilya agree to become billet parents, they resolve to keep their (admittedly intense) sex life carefully confined to the bedroom, and out of earshot.
They do an okay job of that. All the other parts of taking in a rookie? They do even better.
