Hyrule Kingdom never sees their Princess. Prophecies of Calamity are reduced to myth. Old Castle Town is a host for the curious. At The Hasty Bean Café, a young man meets a pretty woman. On a winters night, Link makes a decision. Escapes ensue. Rito parties, archeology, Kass’ return, Impa bickering over biscuits, Sidon being the biggest hypeman and more all lead to a simple slip of the tongue. It’s snowing in Akkala.

Summary
The Calamity is over, and Hyrule is free. But while Link has had months to come to terms with the world he left behind, for Zelda it is only now beginning. As her body heals, she finds it is not just physical recovery she needs. Wracked with guilt that her powers woke too late to stop the calamity and haunted with dreams of Link dying in her arms, she must make peace with all she has lost, before she can find a way to move forward in the world she saved.
