Katsuki stiffened. Kirishima and Kaminari froze. Basically, everyone within earshot stopped what they were doing to look at Izuku like he sprouted a second head. What did he just call him? “What the fuck did you just say to me?”
Katsuki whipped his head towards Izuku with his signature death glare as he stood up from where he picked up the fallen supplies.
“U-um I said you dropped some pencils! I think this eraser might be yours to-”
“No. What the fuck did you just call me?”
Izuku starts calling him Bakugou and it pisses the explosive teen off a lot more than he thought it would

The case you will find in your docket for today is unusual, to say the least. You have been invited to pass judgment on whether the damning eye of Public Opinion should look upon Katsuki Bakugo favourably despite his transgression, and I am here to defend his case.
Our story starts with three broken rules on Mount Tanigawa and a snowstorm, the likes of which haven't been seen in five years. Trapped in a freezing cave with a bleeding Izuku, Katsuki is forced to confront a six-month-old misunderstanding and a hunger he has too long tried to control.

Summary
“How long?” Izuku asks, unable to decide which part of Katsuki's face he wants to look at. He grabs Katsuki's shirt again. He clenches it once, twice. “Kacchan, how long?”
What is Katsuki supposed to say here? He can't even remember what it was like not to feel this way. Can't remember when it began either, he only knows that it did. At some point it started and it never stopped. It grew and grew until he knew and he knew he shouldn't and Izuku would never, and the only option he had left was to bury it. Bury it and deny it and let it hurt, yet never say it. Not to himself, not to Izuku—not to anyone.
But Katsuki almost died. And Izuku is here, just like he always has been.
So Katsuki closes his eyes and listens, to the sound of Izuku just being, to the breath on Katsuki's face as his hair tickles his forehead. He opens his heavy eyelids and stares into shining green, and he utters: “For a while.”
