Carolyn Leah Woods, formerly known as Stanley C. Pines, has been living with Ford and his "strictly platonic" partner Fiddleford for a month now. Sure, Bill Cipher is finding ways to regularly attack the house and Carolyn is thinking about the girl who got away, but it's fine, it's fine!
Until it's not, and Carolyn's worlds collide in a way that will either doom them all or solve several problems at once.

It’s only when Stan lifts him up, seconds later (since when was Ford so out of it he didn’t notice Stan approaching, Stan touching him, Stan beginning to lift him, a part of him screams in fear) that Ford vocalizes this.
“Stanley. Something is wrong.” He tries to keep his voice as even as possible. He fails.
Stan sighs. “I know, Six. We’re gonna get you to bed. I shouldn’t have fought ya, but we shouldn’t have let it get this far either.”
OR Ford has his first focal aware seizure. Stan...is not a fan.

Sure he can manage without eating, he tries to hide the fact he's run out of food, but the secret doesn't last long. Stanley takes it upon himself to help, much to Ford's chagrin.
