Summary
Nagisa Shiota at the age of 15 said goodbye to Koro-sensei in the Assassination Classroom 7 years ago. Now Nagisa is a teacher in his own right of a group of likeminded and bright students eager to learn.
Well... that was the idea.
Instead, he's homeroom to a group of delinquent high school students who hate his guts and are trying to kill him every day. Still, all this class of bullies, blackmailers, thugs, truants, and more need, like his teacher once said, is a little TLC. So, with a tenderheart and no discouragement, he'll manage to earn his students' trust and respect one-by-one.
Wait, what is happening with Karasuma? The antimatter cells? Takaoka? Ritsu!?

Summary
Surrounded by wreckage and the lifeless bodies of his students, a teacher laments his final moments, believing he has failed the students he was supposed to guide.
When he awoke next, he finds himself back on the first day he was summoned to Kivotos as Schale’s Sensei.
This realization should have led him to planning for future events, but not even a minute awake in this second chance, he discovers two very important pieces of information–
One, the General Student Council President, the one who initially welcomed him to the academy city, was gone.
Two, he wasn’t the only Sensei around this time.
He’s been through a lot, but he vows that despite these changes, he’ll push through to make a better tomorrow for his students.

Koro-sensei never said that the system in Kunugigaoka Junior High was wrong. All Might once told her that she couldn't be a Hero. Her mother has ordered her to study at Kensetsu Academy. And the Hero commission is interested in the person who killed Koro-sensei.
But the system is wrong. She could have been an amazing Hero. She won't be going to Kensetsu Academy. And she needs to stay one step ahead of the Hero Commission.
Nagisa never planned on attending Yuuei, but she somehow ended up here all the same. And she needs to stay, she'll be safe from the Hero Commission in Yuuei. But with a teacher who will expel everyone and anyone and reminders of Kunugigaoka everywhere it's not easy.
At least when people keep trying to kill her teacher it brings back good memories, even if Shigaraki is a terrible assassin.

That is how the birth of Soulmarks came to be.
However, no one in Ancient Greece knew or recorded that most of the Olympian Gods except for Poseidon, Zeus, Hades and Persephone shared the same soulmate or that they came from the future in a few millennia.
