Summary
Simon Riley did not have anger management issues. Others were the ones with a problem in how Simon managed his anger. Which is why you couldn't fault Simon for almost losing a fuse when Price told him they would be sharing a base with KorTac for a mission; a private group he didn't know nothing about, and didn't trust enough to share the same roof with. Especially that Colonel…
And Konig, despite common belief, was not as put together as he should once he was out of a mission. Which is why you also couldn't fault him for falling head over heels for the 141’s Lieutenant and becoming completely obsessed with him after their first meeting.
With a new enemy rising up as a bigger and bigger threat, just a year after Makarov, two worlds will have to collide and find a way to work together under all the stress of the military, while getting to know each other and eventually becoming way more than strangers.

Summary
Jinu had always hated looking in the mirror.
While he was still human, his reflection only highlighted the hollows of his cheeks, the cracks in his lips. It was a reminder of his failure to provide for his family, and he avoided it as much as possible.
Later, in the palace, the mirror had been the last thing he'd seen before being yanked into the demon world for the next four hundred years. It was a reminder of the deal he'd made with Gwi-Ma, how he'd abandoned his family for riches.
And after? The mirror showed him every single scar he'd earned under the demon king's service. The burns, the whip slashes, and jagged rocks cutting into his skin as he knelt before the throne, a fist in his hair forcing his head up up up -
No. He never allowed himself to think about that for too long. Because if he thought about it, it would mean it had really happened. Was he even the same person he had been before the torture? Before the fire, the pain?
The Idol Awards are over, and Jinu has Rumi. He's supposed to be fine. But his past haunts him, and Gwi-Ma's voice in his head once more doesn't help.
It turns out that some wounds never stop bleeding.
