McCoy and Spock have crash landed on an alien planet inhabited by a Vulcan-like society. The society has a rigid caste system of nobles and servants, and to survive long enough to get back to the Enterprise, Spock and McCoy play the parts. Spock plays the noble, and McCoy his dutiful servant.
One little problem.
It’s a societal norm on this planet for the nobles to use their servants for their own sexual satisfaction.

Doctor McCoy sure as hell doesn’t compromise care, confidentiality, or his goddamn conscience for anyone. He has no problem with extracting a mind-controlling slug from Uhura's sinuses, performing a blood transfusion between a human and a sentient puddle, or administering therapy to a crew-wide hallucination of a god.
But catching feelings for Spock?
Now that’s just irresponsible.
