Then he meets Mydei-a stranger with too calm eyes, a sharp tongue, and a smile that shouldn't still exist in a place like this. Mydei is mysterious, stubborn, and impossible to shake off. He also might be the only person left immune to the Hollow.
Phainon's already dead. He knows it.
So why does it still hurt to hope?

This is my first EVER fanfic so bear with me guys, though I’ve been reading fanfics since 2015 so I hope I’m not that bad.
After a satisfying kill, Jeff ends up face to face with THE Eyeless Jack. Teaming up on an impulse, they grow closer and closer as they deal with everything Slenderman throws at them. Facing different monsters, demons, and people, they realize that maybe they enjoy each others’ company more than they thought. Familiar faces and parasocial fanatics make them come to the conclusion that they prefer dealing with each other rather than anybody else.
Like I said, this is my first ever fanfic, I’m posting chapter one in honor of my graduation!🥹 we will see where this goes.

Summary
Phainon was trained from an early age to serve the future king. Maybe serve is the wrong word, because the little prince has other people for that, so he was the one to protect him. They had known each other almost since childhood and despite various arguments and quarrels, they always made up in the end.
Or
Phaidei but Mydei can't leave the castle but there's Phainon by his side. However, not everything goes their way.
