Summary
The second wizarding war took relationships, coping mechanisms, and normal behaviors and scrambled them, and threw them out the window. Leaving the survivors scrambling to find something else. Some threw themselves into work (which is ironic, because they were never that dedicated in school), some drank. Others went outside of the norm.
Draco and Hermione form a BSDM dynamic, he forces her to take care of herself, and he gets to make sure no one feels like he did in his past. Sexual tension is so thick you could cut it with a knife.
PTSD and panic attacks creep in, and the duo quickly realize that they chose each other to heal...

Voldemort has won the war by unleashing an unexpected weapon—a dragon with green flames that turned everything on its path into ashes. However, against expectations, he did not kill or enslave the Muggleborns. They simply could not work in the Ministry or Hogwarts, but Hermione found a loophole, which was to marry a Pureblood and accept a new surname, so she had decided to marry Ron Weasley.
