Summary
Marinette is a baker within the palace, set to take over her parent's place as head chef. Adrien is a part of the Royal Guard, set to protect the royal family during the day and make his father proud. At night, he becomes the masked vigilante Chat Noir to protect the people of France from the dark magic of Hawkmoth. The two form a strong bond over shared responsibilities and their dream of someday being free from the castle walls.
When Hawkmoth takes note of their relationship, he sets out to exploit the feelings of a jealous Luka to kidnap Marinette in hopes of getting Chat Noir's miraculous. What happens instead is the strenghtening of their relationship and an idea of how to get rid of Hawkmoth once and for all.
