Set in the Pride timeline where Subaru goes nuts, becomes a Sin Archbishop and kills everyone. The Emilia camp is decimated, the Anatasia camp is weakened with the loss of most of their mercenary forces, and as for the Crusch camp...
Their lady was stuck in a coma, before a second Subaru reincarnates in the body of Crusch Karsten, taking over the Duchess' life and her duties. He wakes up, then promptly decides then and there that this world must be a mix of some yandere and souls-like game, because the mechanics bears a striking similarity to dark souls. Usually in these types of games, the side characters drop like flies.
Not if he has anything to do about it, since Subaru Natsuki decides to save every single person he can get his hands on.
