Vox really lost badly this time. He might need to be confined, to have a good cry, to get a hug after being scolded, or to eat a bunch of junk food—or maybe he doesn’t need anything at all. He lost a lot, but he also gained just as much—because Valentino had already told him with a kiss that even if he thought he had nothing left, that everyone had abandoned him, and that no one loved him, paid attention to him, or chose him anymore, that was ultimately just what he thought.
This is a piece in the style of an interview about Valentino becoming the new CEO.
