Summary
Dunk, an omega too large and too strong to ever be suspected of being one, was riding for Ashford when he felt his heat coming on. He drank a serum to delay it, enough to last to the end of the tourney — had he not crossed paths with a young unmated alpha who smelled of tar, smoke, and blood: Aerion Targaryen.
During the Trial of Seven, Dunk fought through pain and fever; but when he found himself one-on-one with Aerion, he knew the prince had caught his scent. It distracted the young dragon long enough for Dunk to land the blow that made him yield. The victory tasted bitter and dishonest, though, and there was no way for Dunk to explain himself without bringing worse trouble on his own head. He needs to leave.
And just as he means to, the wind brings him the smell of tar, smoke, and blood.

Summary
Another tourney pits Ser Duncan the Tall against Prince Aerion Brightflame. Though contending against one another in games of skill rather than games of brutality, the infamous rivals make a bet with unconventional stakes.
At Storm's End, the hedge knight learns a dragon does not give up his spoils so easily when there is a sordid wager on the line. What he does not realize is that the dragon prince is playing a devious game with Ser Duncan off the tourney field as well.

Summary
The slow process of Tim Drake trying to keep JJ contained while one Jason Todd slowly finds out about JJ while also realizing how much this has affected one poor Timothy Jackson Drake. With this comes the discovery of Tim's skewed view on his place within the family; his past while donning the Robin cape; and his time with Batman, because Tim grew up with Batman, not Bruce Wayne. Trauma bonding ensues over Joker trauma and adoption papers.
AKA your typical Jason finally claiming Tim as his little brother, finding out about Joker Junior, Tim's time as Robin, and how Bats failed yet another Robin.

Summary
Death is usually the end. Finality. That's kind of the definition of it.
And falling several stories toward concrete usually meant death. Timothy Drake had certainly assumed as much in the final seconds before he hit the sidewalk at terminal velocity.
But Tim should have realized that, given the complexity of his life, his death would never be that cut and dry.
Enter: a severed head, ten missing months, and an immortal cult leader.
A little less simple. And for some reason, Jason Todd seems to have some answers to his missing months and the violent urge that curdles beneath his skin.
