Summary
Though his next words remain lighthearted, they land heavy. “I mean it, Coco.”
She stills, always wary of his shift in tones. Fritz keeps talking. “It’s not like Hogwarts won the honor in a coin toss. This is all purposeful. Plus, with their headmistress being so close to it all…the optics do matter.”
Coco scoffs. “Close to it all? It happened before she was even born, it’s not like she knew the guy. That was her parents.”
The tall boy glares at her. “Do not rain on my Rose Granger-Weasley parade, you know she’s in my top ten.”
“She is a million years old!
Two hundred years after the death of Cedric Diggory, the Triwizard Tournament has returned to Hogwarts.
A new name, a new format, a new school and four new Champions.
Same danger.

Summary
This is what the gossip peddlers and whiny power clingers hate most of all. Each one twisting themselves up with disdain and jealousy at the devotion displayed by their Emperor towards his royal concubine.
A foreign spoil of conquest whose pale skin, bright hair and delicate constitution seem destined to stand in glaring contrast to the sturdy, sun-kissed people of his capital kingdom of Murcia.
But then…Carlos is devoted.
After losing much of his family to the lawlessness of surrounding kingdoms, the God Emperor began a bloody crusade to restore order and consolidate an empire.
When the time finally comes for Carlos to lay down the sword, he discovers his greatest prize waiting for him at the edge of the world.

Summary
God, how he already aches for the sight of Carlos in the morning. The soft, sleep-wrinkled curve of his cheeks, smiling even in his dreams. Since their first night in that room, the younger man’s presence has been an almost medicinal comfort.
Jannik finds the longer he imagines it, the larger the gaping hole in his chest seems to grow. The plaster pasted over it the night before crumbling rapidly as his need for the other man causes him to physically shake.
It’s too much for the morning.
Rolling into a seated position, Jannik’s hands fly up to cover his mouth – doing their part to assist and encourage him to swallow down these feelings. Together they push the desperation further into an already nauseated stomach.
In a world where Novak Djokovic doesn’t become the greatest tennis player in history, he becomes something much worse…
Jannik Sinner recognizes him anyway.

Summary
Suddenly, fingers are dancing up Carlos’ leg like a spider. “So,” Jannik begins, “you want to wash my hair, hmm?”
This makes the Spaniard emit a throaty chuckle, “You have no idea.”
Jannik manages to acquire a very fetching blush for someone who has shown himself to be an insatiable flirt behind closed doors.
After Carlos drunkenly outs himself while vacationing in Puerto Vallarta, Jannik rushes to him with plans for a romantic escape from his troubles.
As the two men immerse themselves in the thrill of newfound love, Carlos has his own plans to make it last forever.

Summary
Technically speaking, all dreams are memories…of a kind. But the visions that Jannik’s been having about Carlos this week have been terrifyingly realistic.
In them, the Spaniard seems so real. The settings too, are distressingly grounded in reality. Only in these quasi-memories, Carlos behaves nothing like the young man Jannik actually knows from years of playing tennis together.
Following his retirement in Cincinnati, Jannik finds himself subject to an escalating series of lucid dreams about Carlos Alcaraz. The Italian is certain that they’re dreams, even if they don’t feel that way. In fact, they must be dreams. No matter how viscerally the contents chase after him in waking life.
They simply cannot be anything but the bizarre fantasies of a fatigued mind.
Can they?

The dress should have looked wrong—that was the thing Alex kept circling back to, desperate for logic to intervene. It should have looked costume-like, ill-fitting, uncanny. Learner wasn’t a girl, and it shouldn’t have fit him right.
And yet.
