    Post-war but pre-timeskip

    Things have somewhat settled after the war and when Katsuki hears about a festival they're having in town, he asks Izuku to go check it out with him as a way to try and cheer his friend up, seeing as Izuku is still struggling with the aftermath of the war and Katsuki hopes a fun day out will help bring the old Izuku back!

    On the way there they also happen to run into their old friends from back when they were kids and it leads to some interesting conversations.

    Also featuring: lots of blushing, teasing and two pining boys!

    “Midoriya? Are you ok?” Yaomomo tapped on his shoulder, frown creased in worry.
    “Huh? Oh! Yeah, mhm!” Izuku chirped, anxiety crawling up his throat. He slipped into his seat quietly, trying his best to ignore everybody. Goosebumps crawled up his arms, Izuku couldn’t help but trace against the lumps with his fingers. Calm down Izuku. He chanted in his head over and over again, calm down.

    Katsuki Bakugo and Midoriya Izuku were dying and they spend their last day together.
