Godtier. Author nails their personalities, speech patterns, and chemistry perfectly. Chara is portrayed as actually having been an abusive piece of shit. Frisk and Asriel both have issues stemming from the resets, but handle them like real people, instead of the borderline self-insert projections of some retarded teenager trying too hard to be mature. Asriel is the perfect balance between cute, crybaby femboy, and an actual man that a woman would wanna fuck, while Frisk is snarky, outspoken, and flirty, but vulnerable beneath the persona she's been forced to shield herself against the outside world with, thanks to her job as Monster Ambassador. Politicking is at a minimum and only happens in a single chapter, but even then is played for laughs and handled like the characters actually would, instead of with heavyhanded Tumblr bullshit that ends up corrupting the entire work until it's not even really about Undertale anymore. It's marked as unfinished, and the author hasn't touched it in forever, so it'll probably never be officially done, but it ends on such a great note that you honestly wouldn't be able to tell, save for Complete being set to no (except for them not being detailed going through every, single, state, but that's understandable, as such a thing would probably get real stale, real quick).
