Summary
Will and Mike accidentally overhear a couple talking dirty over the walkie, and start repeating some of the filthy phrases to each other for shits and giggles. What starts as a joke, soon turns into something they can't stop doing – and can’t tell anyone about.
Or:
Mike and Will start talking dirty to each other for fun. What they don't consider is that it would accidentally turn them on.

Summary
Mike agreed to be Will’s reference model for his new art series. The series - Trust, vulnerability, and the surrender of control.
Dustin’s eyebrows shot up. “Mike Wheeler volunteering to get naked and tied up for art. I need to speak to the manager of this timeline.”
They told themselves it was just art. Just a favor between best friends. But with every session, the excuse wears thinner. Mike isn't just posing anymore; he’s discovering a side of himself he never knew existed and he’s realizing that the person he wants to surrender to is the one drawing him.
It was supposed to be "just reference, just art," Until it wasn't.
Or:
Mike realizes how much he is into BDSM after volunteering to be Will’s reference model. It’s just art, until it isn't.

Summary
Sequel to Judith's Head.
Will Byers may not have been Mike Wheeler's first kiss, first time, or first boyfriend, but he was his first best friend. Being best friends is the greatest thing two people can possibly be. First kisses, first times, first boyfriends are fleeting. Best friends are for life.
Of course, Will is finally his boyfriend now, and it's really awesome. Mike has never been happier. Truly. He's so happy that all the pain, self-hatred, resentment, and regret seem trivial. Because they are boyfriends now. It's everything he's ever wanted, even when he didn't want to want it one bit.
To maintain the perfection of the present, Mike tries not to think about the past. Like how much he hated himself for being different, El's decision to take her own life, all the guys he’s been with, and on his worst days, of Will. It's so rare when it happens that it's not worth mentioning.
But when it does, it hurts like hell.
Or: Mike is finally ready to tell the story he could never tell, even when it comes to Will.

Summary
Those protective instincts kick in and Mike can’t help himself as a crazy, irrational idea takes root in his mind.
An idea that has absolutely nothing to do with seeing Will practically naked in a speedo two nights a week for an entire year. Nope. Definitely not.
“What if I joined the team with you?” Mike blurts, reddening.
Or:
Will and Mike join the Hawkins High swim team in their senior year, spend waaaay too much time together in teeny tiny speedos and one thing leads to another at the pool…
Setting: Post Vecna-defeat (except El lives because she deserves a better ending, just like our boys do), their final year of high school but I’m aging them up to 18 because the content is explicit. (I head canon that the total devastation of Hawkins resulted in their normal high school trajectory getting delayed because that makes more sense than what the Duffers did.)
