Tony Stark fails in pretending not to care about Peter being pushed into places he doesn't have to be a part of. When a mirror of himself sits legs crossed in front of him, a part of Tony wants to pull the brake in the ride and shove him out to be a child for a while longer.
But fate strikes. The void emerges and the constant takes form - not in adoration but with a sense of despise.
