Summary
During the U.A. Sports Festival, the Class 1-A girls are tricked into wearing cheerleader uniforms. Izuku, flustered and wanting to show his support, approaches the group with a well-intentioned but incredibly shy compliment.
In a moment of pure, unthinking sincerity, he says something to Ochaco that completely overwhelms her, leading to a dead faint. After she is revived by her concerned classmates, Ochaco and Izuku have an awkward but heartfelt conversation about the words he let slip. This leads to a sweet and pivotal moment for the two of them, changing the trajectory of their relationship forever.

Summary
Azur Lane is an international alliance consisting of four major and a half-dozen minor factions, each with their own histories, cultures, languages, political ideologies and combat doctrines. To say that there's friction between the organization's different member Fleets would be an understatement of the highest order.
Sometimes, there are arguments that threaten the very foundations of the organization: disputes that date back decades, if not centuries, coming to a head, irreconcilable differences that could very well tear Azur Lane apart.
And sometimes, there are arguments about the ridiculously mundane stuff, like what brand of instant coffee should be stocked in the canteen.
These are snippets from the latter times.
