He is not dying, he is very much living, lost in the young red-haired warrior from faraway lands, and it has always been mutual.

    Hanahaki disease happened to Zhongli, his feelings for Childe were—of course—always mutual, then he recovered, now they are here to explore intimate relationship issues. A bit hard after almost dying, suffocated by the petals of your own love.

    In other words: what happens when the pain, flowers and dying is over?
