Summary

Waverly Earp is an aspiring realtor with an eye for detail who wants to work for the best agency in Seattle (and its sexy founder, Nicole Haught). When she’s hired by Nicole’s firm, Waverly thinks she’s finally hit the career jackpot.
Sparks fly and shenanigans ensue as Nicole is forced onto the dating scene by her coworkers and friends, much to her newest employee’s dismay. Expect cringeworthy first dates, pining, jealousy, and sexual tension for days.

Smut - that's it. Maybe a little different to my usual because it's a 'dream' setting but ... yeah, is still smut.
As usual, had a naughty idea that refused to leave. Someone really should write ‘clean-me’ across my forehead! One-shot Smut – nothing more. Canon characters to start and then into a dreamworld where Waverly is going to enter the Omegaverse and find ALL that it has to offer. If a pointless story about dream sex in an ABO setting isn’t your thing – then this one isn’t for you, sorry. Check the tags – I am as honest as always.

Summary
The story starts in 1946, when Waverly is 6 and Wynonna is 12. Wynonna and her best friend, Nicole, are babysitting Waverly. Wynonna has been granted permission from a drunk and neglectful Ward to clear out the back room in the big red barn and turn it into a clubhouse for her and Nicole. Waverly gets to tag along on the adventure.
Years later in 1958, Waverly is 18 and a senior in high school. She feels all the societal pressures to start dating, and even has a good prospect, but doesn't feel any of the excitement. When Wynonna and Nicole invite her to start hanging out with them in the back room as a contemporary, Waverly is stunned to realize that she does feel excitement- for Nicole.
What could possibly happen if Waverly chooses to spend some quality time with Wynonna and Nicole in the big red barn.
