The princess let out a harsh bark of a laugh. “Don’t tell me you’re going to spout some bullshit about me having a responsibility to my people,” they taunted. “I don’t even have the authority. My old hag saw to that.”
“Authority?” Izuku repeated, indignant. “Who needs authority when you’ve covered the nation in ice?”
The princess finally paused, sneer dropping, eyebrows pinched. “What.”

Izuku, Denki, and their llama, Shouto, walk into a snowstorm in the middle of summer. Izuku wants answers, Denki wants warm cider, and Shouto is just along for the ride because he's a llama.

Summary
It is the ease of having Zuko with him, of getting to speak normally for the first time all day, without the hindrance of social etiquette and overthinking every conversation. He enjoys council as well, and it is always fun to find tricks and sneaky ways to get things the way he wants without the opposing party even noticing what he has convinced them of.
Even more fun to catch Zuko’s knowing look from across the room, the bit of incredulous pride, and the little head tilt and raised brow that promises a reward the moment they are alone. Which only leads Sokka to do it more often, to craft his agreements better, to fall to his knees the moment the door to their quarters is shut and almost rip into Zuko’s robes to get them out of the way.

It starts as a thought.
A little stray thing catching the light of his mind while they both catch their breath. Sokka is practically boneless against him, cheek resting against Zuko’s belly with his eyes closed as his chest heaves.
Zuko smiles down at his husband, managing to get a hand to obey enough to run his fingers through the sweat damp hair and stroke a soothing thumb into his temple. He earns a soft groan at the touch, and a slit of blue appearing between lashes. “Well. That was impressive.”
OR Zukka's journey through sexual exploration, leading up to Zuko buying a strap to absolutely rail his husband with.

Zuko is the Firelord. He is in charge of a nation. He has fought in wars. He has survived horrible injury and abuse and come out the other side, maybe not undamaged but alive and healing.
And he has never had sex before.
Or: Sokka balks at the Firenation's terrible views on sex, and dicks his boyfriend down exactly the way he deserves.
