Some symptoms of this include aggression, lack of empathy, loneliness, depression, sexual dysfunction, body image issues, high levels of stress, finding relationships unsatisfying, and a growing fear of attachment.
    This can all be remedied by slowly increasing the amount of physical affection in your life. You can do this safely by cuddling a pet or taking warm showers, but the best cure is finding affection in another person.”
