Summary
This is a prequel to my other Story "The Masks We Wear".
It takes place centuries before Warcraft III and involves two background characters named Kelerian Brightwood and Myrokos Silentform. Quel'dorei citizens born in Silvermoon. One is from a Noble house, the other from the second class. This is Part 1 of their story of how they met, become friends and their struggles after joining the Farstriders. Myrokos will need to deal with the fact that he's falling in love with his best friend. While Kelerian deals with the struggles of being a Noble and the powerful grasp of his abusive mother's control.
Joining the Farstriders gives them the freedom and closeness they both crave until they find themselves separated into two different worlds. Both struggle to come to terms with what they mean to each other while dealing with outside forces trying to tear them apart.
Rated Mature for violence, bad language and maybe some kissing scenes, no sexy bits until Part 2

Summary
Aendalin is an exiled Mercenary from Silvermoon with a dark past that he can’t make sense of. Rayelanna is a Ravenholdt Assassin who just wants to be free from the clutches of her overbearing father’s control. The two first meet at an inn in Tarren Mill. Rayelanna just hoping to get a decent night’s sleep, drunken Aendalin happy to share his room with a pretty lady. After an awkward night, they go their separate ways only to bump into each other again at Hammerfall, both realising they are on the same mission, but neither one willing to group up until they meet one of Azeroth’s deadliest reptiles, a black dragon. After the encounter, the two grow close quickly, sharing each other’s stories while going on several adventures. As their feelings start to entwine and their bond grows stronger, they start to realise that their little world isn’t so small and dark forces are at work around them. Aendalin will have to face his past, Rayelanna will need to deal with the present, and both will ultimately have to decide if their futures will end together.
(This story takes place more towards the end of Vanilla right before BC when the Sin'dorei get ready to join the Horde.)
