Summary
Howard is quick to bring out two glasses along with a bottle. He sets the glasses in front of Peter. "You didn't specify which bottle you wanted, this is a honey wine." His sentences are clipped, Peter appreciates the veins in Howard's hands moving as he pours both of their glasses.
Grabbing the one with a little bit less in it—he's never liked wine—Peter speaks. "I spoke to your mother," He can see Howard already cooking up some excuse for whatever faux pas he's imagining she committed, Peter continues before he can. "She's nice," Howard relaxes, little does he know. Peter takes too big of a drink, he needs the courage. "She seems to think we're sleeping together."

Summary
In an act of impulse, Howard grabs Peter’s sleeve and drags him away through the bushes, "You, you," He starts and stops the sentence a few times, barely able to work through the muck in his brain. Once he reaches a secluded-ish spot he spins on his heel and pushes Peter against the outside of the (probably) empty house. Trying to be imposing but he's too conscious of making sure they're not too close. "You kissed me!" Jaw so tense he's surprised Peter can even parse what he's said.
"You noticed." His smile would be audible to Howard even if he wasn’t looking right at him.
