There’s a brief tussle that Guy would absolutely have won with his superior strength if the stupid ginger homo hadn’t put him off by crowding quite so close to him. Guy grabs one of Mac’s stupid octopus arms with his free hand, but the other one insinuates itself round his waist and peels the yoghurt out of Guy’s fingers.
The movement presses the full length of Mac’s warm body into Guy’s, and they both go still.
A muscle in Mac’s jaw ticks, and it’s at this point that Guy will freely admit things go a bit funny.

House is fully, completely naked and fully, completely erect. The word 'tumescent' rattles around Wilson’s brain and doesn't help at all. All he can think about is the contrast of the deep red of House’s dick - the head shiny with engorgement, the swollen veins along the shaft standing out in high definition - against the soft golden skin of his stomach.
