   Summary

   Ray and Felicity visit Central City to get help with Ray's ATOM suit when an explosion occurs at S.T.A.R. Labs. Instead of running, Ray goes back for his suit's quantum processor, and when Felicity tries to save him she gets hurt in the blast. Oliver, Diggle, Roy, and Laurel rush off to Central City, where Felicity lies dying in the hospital. Faced with the prospect of losing the woman he loves, Oliver Queen is forced to reevaluate the decisions he has made, and make promises for a future he prays he can still have.
