Jeongguk's hind legs start to kick. He doesn’t want anymore pain, he doesn’t want the needles.
“Hush, darling, hush. It’s okay.”
Jeongguk thinks the strange man with the dark brown eyes is lying.
“They said it fell.” A dark-haired woman next to him says, scaring Jeongguk. “And I swear to you, when they arrived and I checked the ribs… I don’t understand how it can just be healed now.”
The man with the dark brown eyes hums.
“Tell them the bunny died. Send them home with our condolences.”

The man with the dark brown eyes looks at the woman wordlessly until she complies, leaving the room.
