Summary

Summary
Kara promised to protect everyone in National City, not just humans. Aliens, vampires, whatever. As long as they weren't hurting anyone, they were under her protection.
Usually the vampires she saved from wannabe hunters fled as soon as they were able, but one day a particularly alluring one stuck around, and despite their brief conversation Kara found herself thinking about her constantly thereafter.
Of all the ways she'd expected to find her again, however, being dragged along by her cousin for an interview wasn't one of them, and Kara was glad the woman had a way to mask her slower heartbeat. Clark was already biased because Lena was a Luthor, if he’d realized she was a vampire too there was no way the interview would be civil.
