Summary
Andrew Minyard didn't need anyone. He hated that after everything he'd built, everything he'd survived, one name was enough to make him hesitate. Before he could change his mind, he pressed call.
It didn't take Neil long to answer. “Andrew?” His concerned voice. “Where are you?”
Andrew's throat was tight as he replied. “On the rooftop.” He hated how small his voice seemed. Neil was silent for a while.
“Are you safe?” Ah. Of course he meant 'are you safe with yourself? Are you about to do something stupid?' Andrew looked down at his bloody arms, then at the edge of the roof. The following silence was enough for Neil.
"Don't move. Don't hang up."

Summary
“Bee.” Andrew says, and Bee hums on the other line as Andrew figures out how to word this. “I think I asked Neil to marry me, and I don’t think he understood that’s what I was asking.” Andrew says, and Bee is quiet for a minute before finally replying.
“First of all, Andrew, I am so proud of you.” Bee says, emotions obvious in her voice. “I wasn’t sure you two were planning to go that route or not. You have come so incredibly far.” She says, and Andrew scoffs.
“Bee, get to second of all.” Andrew mumbles, and Bee laughs.

“And why do you think he didn’t understand that you were asking him?”
“Have you met him?” Andrew asks, and Bee laughs, but she tries to cover it up.
“I have, and I see your point.”
OR
Andrew proposes to Neil, but has no idea if Neil actually understands that's what happened or if he thought they were just having a conversation.

"Never have I ever been to over 10 countries." Allison smirked. They were all lounging around the girls' dorm, a rare sight with all the original foxes in attendance. It was the Friday before classes let out for the holidays and she had demanded bonding time before they all split ways for the break.
Neil groaned, "I am feeling targeted." He conceded, almost slurring his words, by taking a sip of his vodka soda.
"That is because you are being targeted, babes." Nicky said, taking a swig of his drink even though he has definitely not been to over 10 countries.
