Summary
Just before he turns ten, Jason Todd finds himself working as a Bartender in Crime Alley. He gets decent income, a tiny apartment, and a scholarship to Gotham Academy. Oh, and he's pretty much accepted the fact that he'll never meet his soulmate. A year later, Batman walks into the bar while Jason's at work.
The Batman just needed information from a bar that his newest target frequents. He didn't expect to see a little baby working the place. He didn't expect his father bat instincts to go off. He didn't expect the new soul-mark he found on himself later that night.
