Summary
Izuku doesn't want to be here anymore. It wasn't always this way, but then again, that's true for most people who live like this. Unlike those other people, he doesn't get a choice in the matter. His quirk, this curse that others call a blessing, it keeps him here no matter how badly he wishes it didn't.
Izuku doesn't want to be here, but he'll go through life anyways. He'll continue, until he finally reaches an end, whatever that end may be. All he can hope is that there is an end, and that he'll be able to stay sane until he gets there.

Summary
It can take years to become a hero, and minutes to become a villain. Izuku has always wanted to help others, and his quirk status has never deterred him from his path. Other people may want him to give up, may think he's too weak to pursue the path he has chosen, but he will become a hero despite that, even if that means bending the law. Becoming a villain takes minutes, and Izuku, hero or vigilante, will always strive to step in before that happens, no matter the cost.
Izuku has been helping others for as long as he can remember. What's helping a few villains after all that?!

Summary
Empathy Semester, the third semester of 1st year, is meant to remind future heroes that villains are people too. Sometimes, you have to walk a mile in someone else's shoes. But Midoriya Izuku is made for more than just basic heroics, and therefore, must be more than just a basic villain.
