    Thanks to time travel and angels, Sam finds a seventeen year old Dean and has to keep him safe and occupied without telling him the truth while he figures out what’s going on.

    Wren's warnings: Dean is seventeen, making him not the legal age of consent in some places. Sam, although he doesn’t mistreat Dean in the bedroom, exhibits some predatory and manipulative behavior to make Dean come home with him. The fact that Sam is doing this to keep Dean safe doesn’t mean he’s not coming across as a huge creep.

    Archivist's warnings: Sam deliberately subverts Dean's autonomy by negging him, and doesn't apologize or even take it back before falling into bed with him. In the early parts of this fic, at least, Sam is being a huge creep. However, the sexual contact Sam has with Dean later in the fic is still (unrealistically) portrayed as consensual. Also it's incest, and there's a bit of gender essentialism early on ("second X chromosome").
