The walls of Nae’s room were very pink. So was the bed. And most of Nae's clothes – he wondered how a person could surround themselves with so much of one color and not get sick of it. (He also wondered how a person whose family was so rich they could afford to hire three helpers for cleaning had such a messy room, but that was something else entirely.)

Nosaka’s feet sank into the sand, the soles of his recently purchased sandals leaving imprints in the ground with every step. He’d probably seen pictures of beaches and sand and sandprints at some point in his life, but actually experiencing it for himself was entirely different.
“Are we going to reach the waterfront before the sun sets?” Kirina joked.

With enough practice, even Bennett had learned how to properly fry an egg. About 90% of the time.
Razor, meanwhile, understood how to set up a campfire, butcher an animal, and cook slabs of meat thoroughly enough to not get sick. He thought it was a hassle, but the annoyance of cooking was still better than becoming a detriment to his Lupical after falling ill – which still happened occasionally. When he was feeling particularly impatient.
Neither seemed to know what a vegetable was, but both had asked to be taught, which was why Lisa had decided to begin their culinary lessons with those.

Nagumo, Suzuno and Aphrodi started to hang out with each other as soon as they arrived in South Korea to play for Fire Dragon.
One day at lunch Aphrodi starts to tell them more about himself but as the conversation goes on Nagumo makes an insensitive comment, upsetting Suzuno in the process.Nagumo realizes his mistake rather quickly and wants to try and make it up to Suzuno.
