“You, uh. Sure know your way around a CRT,” Tenna says. “I didn’t know you were a mechanic.”

“I sell cars,” Spamton had replied, back when Tenna was addressing him. “If you talk [Big] with nothing to back it up, people think you’re a hack.”

    “Well,” Tenna said, “are you?”

Spamton sprayed the compressed air into his smug face.

That would have been preferable to drowning in insulation foam and getting licked clean by a clown (“HANDS OFF THE [[Officil Merchandise]]!!”). Jevil’s nuisance was missed as soon it was over though, because then all he had was the realization that that was his last chance. To do what, he isn’t sure. To demand an apology. To explain why he ran away. To scream at him. To break that stupid screen himself, just to get it over with, and crawl inside there never to emerge. Then at least they’d be together.

    ____

An unseen, silent, approximately 4 foot tall individual takes it upon himself to fix the fallen Lord of the Screens. To raise a middle finger to the mysterious phone-calling, prophecy-defining benefactor who screwed him over and made him a living puppet, of course. No other reason.

    Summary

“Halt! For crimes against the Emperor-”
    “Hunter!”
A pool of golden light started from below his chest, enveloping the array before anyone had time to react. The three rebels, as if roused from a trance, leapt back, but the spell had already touched them. He couldn’t see anything beyond the gold... that vanished just as quickly as it appeared a second later. Hunter was left lying on the bare cobblestone, alone, with a stained breastplate and a quickly developing headache.

The CATTs want to invade the Emperor's mind. Hunter wants to bust them and earn his Uncle's approval. Luz wants to interview Hunter to get proof Belos is evil. Things don't quite go according to plan for any of them, and now Luz and three rebels are stuck in the wrong mindscape. But determined to make the best of the situation, they decide to look through the Golden Guard's memories for information on the Day of Unity. They find more than they bargained for.

    Summary

“You’re going to laugh, but I accidentally made a wish in front of a unicorn,” Arthur admits.

Francis grins smugly at him, “Ah, you forgot?”

“It’s not like I hang out with unicorns much anymore,” he grumbles. “Alfred has become younger. It is only temporary, but his freshest memories are of 1764. I had hoped to get it fixed before you arrived to spare us from any drama, but he will be here until Boxing Day.”
