    Midoriya Izuku is used to life beating him down into the dust, and even more used to it from Bakugou Katsuki. Nearing the end of the semester, Bakugou tells him to kill himself.

    He swears he wasn't going to listen to him. He even ranted about the stupidity of his childhood friend on the way home from school.

    Then he talks to All Might, and the idea isn't so bad anymore.

    When he survives his attempted suicide, it awakens a quirk nobody has seen before. In fact, nobody understands how he's still standing.

    Then again, if your heart's not beating, why would they assume you're alive in the first place?
