"Ian."
"Oh fuck you!" Ian screamed immediately after he said, standing up breaking the eye contact in desbelief.
"What?! I just said the truth, you bitch!" Mickey screams back, still sat down though. "Yep, sure you did!" Ironically, Ian answeres, catching his breath from all his anger.
"Ya'll could make a bet and see who lasts longer." Carl from the other side of the room says. "You know what? I think we should Mickey. What do you say?"
"What? Cat got your tongue? Too scared you might come in 30 seconds?" Ian chuckles.
"Okay fine. I'm in."

In a drinking game, Mickey says that Ian is usually faster to come. They make a bet, and Ian proves him wrong.

“You gonna tell me why we had to watch Tuesday turn into Wednesday or…”
Ian doesn’t answer him. Not right away.
It’s silent for long enough that Mickey shrugs it off and goes back to looking at the sky. He’s long since accepted the fact that Ian’s weird. He doesn’t dislike it or anything, it’s just how it is.
So he doesn’t think much about the non-explanation.
Until Ian finally speaks.
“Today’s my birthday.”
