Spy took out one cigarette from his disguise kit, rolled his eyes, and smoked in cold blood. It wasn't the first time he'd heard these endless altercations, which had started God knows when and why, but continued with enviable consistency. Every. Damned. Workday. Spy wondered if these two weren't on different ends of the field by virtue of their specialties, they'd be trying to smash not so much the enemies around them as each other.
At some point, these squabbles and scoldings became routine, and Spy stopped paying much attention to it. After all, his son always liked getting into trouble, and the gunman disliked being ceremonious. Add the enormous difference in temperament, and you get what you get.

Shortly after Gray Mann and his army were defeated, the team finds themselves back on base, in the middle of Nowhere, New Mexico, as the Administration is MIA. While they wait for instruction on their next move, life continues on in RED territory, presumably back to normal.
But everyone has their own battles to fight. The war is far from over.
