Summary
After a public scandal ruins his reputation, Magnus is fired from his job and dumped by his girlfriend, so he runs away to a tiny farming town where no one knows the name Magnus Bane until he can claw his way back. As winter sets in, the town comes to life with Christmas cheer, and it's one more sign he doesn't belong. After years of shitty foster homes and shittier partners, he doesn't see the point in a holiday just to give presents to people you don't like. The town's bakery owner is determined to change that one holiday celebration at a time, and just maybe there's a chance at Christmas cheer for him this year.
